In-store purchases

Return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase, at the store where you bought them, with your receipt.
NG Nutra products are covered by NG Nutra’s 100% money-back guarantee: return them within 30 days even if opened.
Other brands must be unopened and in their original condition.
Refunds go back to your original form of payment.
Smoothies and other drinks made to order cannot be returned. If something isn’t right, tell us at the counter and we’ll make it right.
